SPECTRALIS 2 Analog Filters - The core filter circuit is a discreet design and is followed by high-end op-amps, it impresses with its very warm character

The analog filter section of the Spectralis 2 offers total flexibility regarding the routing of the lowpass and the multimode filter.

For instance you can route the signal via a VCA to the analog output or feed it to the inputs of the multi-mode filters or the filterbank with adjustable level.

24dB analog lowpass filter

The 24dB analog filter impresses with its very warm character. Resonance can be opened all the way to self-oscillation and thus becomes an additional sound source. The core filter circuit is a discreet design and is followed by high-end op-amps which channel the sound of the Filter into the signal path without any discernible noise level.

The Spectralis offers total flexibility regarding the routing of the Filter. For instance you can route the signal via a VCA to the analog output or feed it to the inputs of the multi-mode Filters or the filterbank with adjustable level.

12dB analog multimode filter

The 12dB Multi-Mode Filter provides High-Pass, Band-Pass and Low-Pass characteristics. The combination of High-Pass and Low-Pass creates a Notch Filter, which allows more subtle, phasing-like soundchanges.

Of course the output of the Multimode filter can be routed freely within the sound engine. The filter frequency of both filters can be linear modulated with the outputs of the Oscillators. Additionally the Filters come with independent LFOs and Envelopegenerators.
